Newcastle Business Technology Group are the only locally based Oki Warranty Service Dealer in Newcastle and the Hunter Valley.

We offer sales, service and repair the full range of B and C range on Oki Printers and multifunction devices as well as Oki’s Executive Series range. We also carry the range of Oki consumables and a inventory of Oki genuine spare parts.

We offer Oki Warranty repairs from Newcastle to Lake Macquairie, Port Stephens to Raymond Terrace, Maitland to Cessnock and Branxton to Scone and all areas in between. We also support Oki warranty drop off /pickup repairs in our workshop for areas outside the Hunter Valley including the Tamworth and Gunnedah regions as well as the Mid North Coast/ Barrington Coast Region. Our technicians are all factory trained by Oki, so you can be assured of quality service on your Oki product.
