(includes up to 9,000 B/W pages & 1,000 Colour pages per month)

• 1 x Pre-Loved / Refurbished A3 Konica Minolta/Develop Multifunction Device. Either Bizhub C258, C308 or C368 

• Monthly Repayments by Automatic Direct Debit 

• No Lock in Contract

• “One Print Plan” Fee: $250.00 plus GST per month

• Unused Pages: DO NOT CARRY OVER TO THE NEXT MONTH

• A3 Pages: (Colour or B&W) = 2 x A4 Pages

• All Consumables, Maintenance and Servicing is included.

• Minimum 3 Month Rental Period. 

• This “One Print Plan” is for Hunter Valley Customers only

Printing more than included monthly quota? Easy to budget with up-front costs 

• B&W pages above monthly quota of 9,000 pages will be charged at 1.0c (plus GST per page)
• Colour pages above monthly quota of 1,000 pages will be charged at 7c (plus GST per page)

Newcastle Business Technology Group’s “One Print Plan” TERMS OF CONDITIONS FOR A3 COPIERS

1. All Equipment remains the sole property of Newcastle Business Technology Group (NBTG) at all times
2. One off Delivery (to ground floor) and Installation charge of $300,00 inc GST of any Multifunction Colour Copier (Up to 2 Hours and a Maximum of 3 x Windows based PC’s) . Additional PC’s can be setup for $55.00 inc GST per PC.  If required to lift upstairs – a robotic stair climber fee will be charged at $110.00 inc GST.
3. A fee of $300.00 inc. GST will also be charged upon Removal of any Multifunction Colour Copier.
4. Damage to copiers resulting from negligence, misuse or spills (e.g. coffee, coke, water etc.), vermin infestation will be repaired solely by NBTG or NBTG’s nominated service providers, and all costs will be charged to end user.
5. All Toner will be supplied by NBTG at No extra Cost* to the end user. No 3rd party supplied toner may be used in the Copier supplied. Any damage caused by 3^rd party supplied toner will be charged to end user.
6. *All Toner supplied is based on the Industry standard of 5% Coverage per A4 single sided page. Additional charges may apply for page coverage larger than 5%.
7. All repairs and maintenance are to be performed by NBTG or NBTG’s nominated service provider.
8. Optional staple finisher can be supplied for an additional $35.00  GST inc./month – with staples supplied by NBTG  
9. A additional $2.20 GST inc Fee is charged per month to Automatically Monitor Toner, Consumable and Meter readings.
